McCarthy Insurance County Senior Football League Div 2 RD 6:
Templenoe 0-16, Glenbeigh/Glencar 1-14. Glenbeigh/Glencar edged Templenoe in a gripping contest played at Templenoe GAA Grounds last Saturday evening.
Munster Senior Football Championship:
Best of luck to Tadhg, Killian, the Kerry senior footballers and management in the Munster Senior Football Final this Sunday at FitzGerald Stadium.

Templenoe GAA Golf Classic 2026 Results
The Templenoe G.A.A. Club annual golf classic took place on the Ring of Kerry Golf course over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
Over 30 teams took on the challenges of this fine course in a 3-person scramble format. The entry fee included a voucher for food at the excellent Nua Vista restaurant in the clubhouse,
All categories were keenly contested and a fine crowd attended the presentation of prizes on Sunday evening. The prizes were presented by Bernard Hourihan on behalf of event sponsors, Killarney, Kenmare and Cahrrciveen Credit Union.
In his address at the prize giving ceremony, Club Chairperson, Tomás Crowley sincerely thanked the event sponsors Killarney, Kenmare and Caherciveen Credit Union, club sponsors the Ring of Kerry Golf Club and all those who sponsored teams and tee boxes. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed positively for their kind and generous support and to all who participated or helped out with the running of the event.

McCarthy Insurance County Senior Football League Div 2:
Miltown/Castlemaine 3-12, Templenoe 0-12. Templenoe’s 100% record in the county league came to an end at the hands of Miltown/Castlemaine in Miltown last Sunday afternoon. The hosts lead all the way through and withstood a strong fight back from Templenoe early in the second half to finish comfortable winners in the end.
Templenoe V Glenbeigh/ Glencar in round 6 of the county league is scheduled to be played at Templenoe GAA Grounds this Saturday, 2 nd May at 7pm. All support welcome and encouraged.
Templenoe GAA Golf Classic 2026:
Our Annual Golf Classic will take place this weekend (2nd and 3rd May). This 3 person scramble format will be played on our club sponsor’s course, The Ring of Kerry Golf Club. Entry fee of €300 per team includes a complimentary meal for each player.
The first Prize is a €1,800 Voucher valid for the Sheen Falls Lodge Kenmare, and the Castlemartyr Resort Hotel, Cork.
Prizes to the value of €1,500 will be also available to the other prize winners.
Tee boxes are available to be sponsored at a price of €200 per tee box.

Munster Senior and Minor Football Championship:
Tadhg Morley and Killian Spillane both had an involvement in Kerry’s win over Clare at Ennis last Saturday, with Killian scoring two points after he was introduced as a sub and Tadhg played the full 70 minutes.
Congratulations to our own Noel O’Neill on making the Kerry minor football panel for the 2026 season, a great achievement and we wish the best of luck to Noel.
